Panchveda.com is an online e-commerce Portal designed to provide Pandit Services as well as Religious Products. Panchveda.com members create their unique profile using our pre-determined form. Name, address, phone number and email id is required information to become a member. We also collect credit card information and IP address once the member transacts on Panchveda.com, using our payment gateway, which is on a 100% secure server. None of the information we gather can be used by the public (visitors, other members, and anyone not employed by Panchveda.com, its corporate affiliates, or the financial institutions we use to process membership charges) to identify a specific individual.
Panchveda.com uses other third parties to provide logistics and payment processing. When you transact or place an order on our site, we will share shipping address with the logistics provider and credit card number with the payment gateway provider as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
Cancelation & Returns
Here at Panchveda we believe in providing hassle free puja experience to our Clients and therefore we have a cancellation and refund policy.
1. When do I consider my order as confirmed?
In case of only Puja essentials, an order confirmation mail will be sent to the e-mail ID provided at the time of placing the order. In case of Pandit Services, the customer will receive a confirmation call from the customer care team reassuring the availability on the booked date & time. Subsequently, a booking confirmation mail will also be sent on the e-mail ID provided at the time of placing the order.
2. When will the order be delivered?
For the Products: The order will be delivered before or on the particular date on which the order was supposed to be shipped.
For Pandits: A grace period of not more than two hours shall be accepted (except in case of uncontrollable circumstances like natural calamities, etc.)The order will be shipped and the shipping charges depend upon the volume of the items and the same will be added to your cart when you checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the order is shipped and you can track the status of your order at the relevant courier service website.
